Laxasfit App is becoming one of the popular app for Chinese smartwatches. It is a lightweight wearable that is packed with options for your wearable, such as time synchronization,  goal settings, alarm, watch faces and more.

Problems with Laxasfit App

One of the top issues that users are raising is the connection problem with the smartwatch. Although it is easy to connect with the app, to maintain consistent connection with the smartwatch is the main issue.

Users reported the following errors, Connection Failed, smartwatch disconnect or the Laxasfit app crashed every time it connects. If you encountered an error with Laxasfit App, it is advised to restart the pairing by restarting the smartwatch or the app. If possible, reinstall the support app, and reset the smartwatch.

Raise to Wake Problem

Raise to Wake Problem, this is also a big issue for smartwatches that uses the Laxasfit app. There is no option for the Raise to wake. But I think the problem for the raise to wake is not with the support app but more of the problems for the OS of the smartwatch. Based on my experienced the Raise to Wake issue is more of the problems on the smartwatch and not the support app per se.
