GBonds in the GCash app is now available, with this users of Gcash can easily invest government Bonds, with their Gcash account directly in the app. The GBonds is powered by PDAX making it easy to invest with a minimum amount of 500 pesos. What is GBonds?
A marketplace for buying and selling bonds. Bonds, are government Issued Securities with high yield interest rate. You can earn fixed returnds when your bond matures, you can own bonds for a minimum of 3 months, accroding to GCash.

Go to “Grow” section feature of the app, the Grown section includes GSave, GInsure, GFunds, GStocks PH, GBonds, GCrypto, and Learning Hub.

Select GBonds
If you are not verified, GCash will ask you to complete your profile, update/verify your account. You will need to input your birthday, and provide a photo of your ID, and will ask for Face Verification, Completion of information about yourself including basic information such as address, work details and more.
Recommended IDs are National ID (Card Type)

- POSTAL ID
- Passport

- PRCE ID

After Verification, go back again to GBonds

You will be directed to PDAX, an online trading platform, and will ask again for verification, this includes your GCash Number, Name, Birthday, Email Address, Nationality, Gender, Address, ID Presented, Place of Birth, and Work Details. Then tap check box to agree to Send information, and Privacy Notice.

GCash will notify you if you are approved or not via email, or SMS.

If you are approved, select the Bond that you want to invest your money in, for example RTB31, Top up your Trading Wallet first to transfer/add your money from Gcash to the trading wallet.

Select RTB31

Select Buy, input the amount, again minimum investmet for RTB31 is Php 5,000

Click Order, you will receive a confirmation that the buy order is successful

If successful you will see in the Portfolio, the RTB31 Ordered data, the Invested Amount, Interest Rate, Maturity Date, and Interest Payment Date.
